Here at Cedar Cove, our cows are milked twice a day, and the milk goes straight into a stainless-steel bulk tank, where it is cooled to 34°F before being poured into jugs for our customers. 

Here at Cedar Cove Farm, our milk is automatically bottled and capped for cleanliness three times per week, then shipped directly to our customers. With no additives for shelf life, this milk is all-natural — from cow to table.

It has a natural shelf life of 14 to 21 days when stored at a temperature of 33°F to 35°F.
